Abdullah M. Ferdaus Khan is a highly experienced marine engineer with 34 years in the maritime industry, serving as Chief Engineer for over 20 years. He is currently working as Chief Engineer with Neu Seeschiffahrt GmbH, Hamburg, Germany. He is an ex-Cadet (25th Batch) of Bangladesh Marine Academy, Chittagong and obtained his Class-1 Marine Engineering certification from Singapore. He has been accredited as a Chartered Engineer by the Engineering Council, London and Chartered Marine Engineer & Fellow of the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (IMarEST), London, United Kingdom.

In addition to his technical credentials, he is a certified Lead Auditor and Trainer for ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems) and ISO 39001 (Road Traffic Safety Management System) from PECB, Canada. Abdullah also completed his MBA in Human Resource Management from North South University, Dhaka.

Abdullah is a lifelong learner and engaged in various Learning and Development activities, facilitating Safety-Leadership, Safety Culture Development and Safety Management training to enhance safety awareness among the people as a Chief Executive of Think Safety Bangladesh.
