Md. Al-Farhan Kawser is a legal professional with a multidisciplinary academic and professional background in law, industrial relations, labour studies, disaster management, vulnerability studies, and youth development. His diverse expertise reflects a broad understanding of legal, social, labour, and development issues, with a particular interest in promoting justice, human rights, labour welfare, and inclusive social development.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), Master of Arts (M.A.), and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the National University. He also holds a Master in Industrial Relations & Labour Studies (MIRLS) from the University of Dhaka, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management & Vulnerability Studies (PGDDM) from the same university.

In addition, he completed a Diploma in Youth Development Work (DYDW) under the Commonwealth Youth Program of the Commonwealth Secretariat, UK, and a Junior Certificate Course in Japanese Language from the Institute of Modern Languages, University of Dhaka.

As a legal practitioner, Md. Al-Farhan Kawser is a member and lawyer of the Dhaka Bar Association, practicing before the District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka. He is also associated with the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association (DTBA) and the Bangladesh Labor Court Lawyers’ Society.

With his interdisciplinary academic foundation and legal experience, he brings a comprehensive perspective to issues concerning law, labour relations, social justice, human rights, and community development. His professional journey is distinguished by a commitment to legal practice, continuous learning, and contributing to a more just, equitable, and resilient society.
